Registration for Inhalation Asia 2019 is now open. Registration fees are payable by Credit Card only. Cash payment are not possible. Bank transfers are possible for groups only (more than 5 delegates).

There are 4 registration options:
1.    Full Fee (early bird registration ends on 28 September 2019): 4000 HKD early bird; 5500 HKD after 28 Sept
2.    Student Registration (with bona fide credentials): 1500 HKD
3.    Discounted Registration (for guests and delegates of sponsors or exhibitors): 3500 HKD
4.    Free Registration (for booked delegates of sponsors, exhibitors, organising committee, speakers or session chairs)

IA19 Terms and Conditions – Delegates registration and attendance

Inhalation Asia 2019 (IA19) is organised by Inhalation Ltd, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong.

By registering to the event, delegates agree to be aware of the following:

1- Programme

The organisers of IA19 reserve the right to change the programme, (in terms of its content, speakers or timetable) or cancel the event at any time if necessary.

2- Fee

The registration fees include daytime refreshments, lunches, lectures, poster & exhibition receptions. They exclude travel, hotel and dinner arrangements.

Please note that no VAT is applicable in Hong Kong. Payments will need to be made exclusively in HKD by credit card (via STRIPE).

Exact payment must be sent: all bank charges need to be paid by the sender. Failure to do so may result to be refused entry to IA19 until any bank charges are settled.

3- Cancellation policy

If a delegate needs to cancel their registration for any reason, they should notify Inhalation Asia Ltd by email by Friday 20 September 2019 and a full refund will be issued minus a 50% processing fee.

For cancellations after that date and for non-show at the Conference, the full registration fee will be due. Substitutions will be accepted before 4 October 2019, subject to Inhalation Asia receiving written confirmation prior to that date.

4- Privacy Policy

A list of participants, which will include email addresses, will be published for distribution at the conference. If you do not wish to be included in the participants list, please inform Inhalation Asia by email when registering

Your email addresses will be added to a mailing list to receive regular updates, and notices of upcoming meetings. If you do not wish to be included in the participants list, please inform Inhalation Asia by email when registering

5- Communication

Inhalation Asia will send information to the delegates about IA19 exclusively by email via its contact list and via the WeChat group "Inhalation Asia". It is up to the delegates to ensure they are connected to the WeChat group and the email list.

6- Insurance

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for any medical, personal or travel insurance. Participants are therefore responsible for making any insurance arrangements they deem necessary before commencing their journey to the event.

7- Food Allergies

It is the responsibility of the delegates to manage and prevent any food allergies they may have. The organisers take no responsibility for the delegates’ personal health issues.

8- Copyrights

All material in Inhalation Asia may be used free of charge for education and information purposes only.

All material in the Inhalation Asia website is, unless otherwise stated, the property of the relevant authors.

Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect these materials. Commercial use, selling, reproduction or retransmission of the materials, in whole or in part, in any manner, without the prior written consent of the copyright holder, is a violation of copyright law. Thank you for registering for IA19. You will now be taken to the payment page to confirm your registration. No registration is complete without a payment.

Once you have paid the fees that are due, you will receive an email with a transaction receipts and the conference badge. Please keep this badge, print it and bring it to the conference so you can walk straight through.

Delegate registration must be paid by credit card exclusively (via STRIPE). Payments will be charged the currency exchange fee in addition to the registration fee.

All invoices are in HKD, no other currency can be accepted. Following successful payment, you’ll be issued with email confirmation and a badge for the event.

Do check your email “junk” box if you have troubles finding the email we sent you once you have paid. It could be there waiting for you.
